About Us

Try 7 Fitness was founded in 2004 by Karen Johnson out of a passion for health/fitness.  Concerned about staying fit for life, the obesity epidemic and an over medicated society, Ms. Johnson has made it her life mission to teach about the prevention of disease.  Many of the health principals we teach, we also practice on a daily bases.  Try 7 Fit, is a privately owned personal fitness, group fitness/coaching consulting company and resource center for health and spiritual information.

Our Purpose

Is to reach and teach people about the causes and cures of many debilitating lifestyle diseases that plague many Americans through seminars, pod cast, physical fitness classes, cooking classes and health consultations and to help participants reverse every possible debilitating lifestyle disease by the grace of God using the most advanced scientific materials on health and spiritual wholeness for the family.

Try 7 Fitness is proud to be associated with the Dr. Ephraim Williams Family Life Center,  Sacramento Parks and Recreation and Successful Thinkers of  Elk Grove

Representatives of Try 7 Fitness are available for speaking engagements and seminars as well as cooking schools. Organizations that have benefited from our services include churches, and small groups.

Our History

Try 7 Fitness for Heaven is a Christian based company that offers Health Seminars and distributes a wide variety of books and magazines related to religion, health, family life and education.

Expanding on the Eight Natural Laws of Health – Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine Temperance, Air, Rest and Trust in Divine Power, a new fitness program has been added called Bottom Up Boot Camp! and is currently being offered at North Laguna Creek Park in South Sacramento.  This highly effective, fun, and results oriented class is taught in the open outdoors capitalizing on many of the Eight Natural Laws of Health to help accelerate and restore the body.

Representatives are Literature Evangelists as well as Health Educators. We believe that sickness comes upon us because of one of three reasons: The violation of spiritual laws, the violation of natural laws or for the glory of God.   We believe that once these issues are addressed, health will spring forth speedily or that God’s grace will be sufficient for thee. We teach from three perspectives: Biblical, scientific and inspirational, giving you by far the most advanced and balanced teachings on health reform.
